Clothing Items
– Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our clothing, we do not accept returns for:
– Incorrect size selection
– Change of mind
– Color variations (within reasonable manufacturing standards)
– Personal preference

Art Prints
– All print sales are final unless:
– Item arrives damaged
– Wrong print is delivered
– Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
– Clear photographs of damage must be provided

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you must:
1. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
2. Email art@gerdalouw.com with:
– Order number
– Clear photos of the defect
– Description of the issue
3. Wait for our team to review and provide next steps

Refund Policy

– Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
– Processing time: 5-10 business days
– Non-refundable items:
– Shipping fees (unless error was ours)
– Customs duties or import fees
– Items damaged due to improper handling by customer

Product Disclaimer

– Colors may vary slightly from digital images due to:
– Monitor settings
– Printing process variations
– Natural variations in materials
– Small variations in print placement (up to 1.5 inches) are considered normal for print-on-demand items
– Sizing charts are provided for reference 
– Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes

Cancellation Policy

– Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production
– Print-on-demand items typically enter production within 24 hours of ordering
– Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order
